Ordering Information
We accept orders by fax, e-mail or in writing. We confirm the order by fax or e-mail with the indication "Confirmation of order" only.
Discount
We offer discounts for more than 5 pieces per item of products with coatings:

Payment Conditions
We accept credit cards, cheque or bank transfer. The payment conditions for purchase orders are net prices within 30 days. First orders are strictly by payment in advance.

Shipment
Shipment of LAYERTEC goods in Germany is a discretion of LAYERTEC. We do not take responsibility for any delays by the shipper. Without any notice we insure the goods against loss and/or damage with additional costs. For OEM products we reserve the right to ship up to 10 % more or less than ordered items. Until such time as the goods are paid in full, we remain the rightful owner of same.
Warranty
LAYERTEC goods are warranted to be free from defects and to work in the manner specified for a period of 12 months from date of shipment.

Specifications are current at the time of publication. LAYERTEC reserves the right to change these without prior notice.

All technical informations are intended to be helpful in the application of LAYERTEC products only. We do not accept the responsibility for its use.
If the customer supplies material or parts for processing we work with utmost diligence but at the customers risk.
We cannot be held liable for any breakages, manufacturing mishaps or defective material.
Especially in the case of coating of customer supplied substrates any liability claims shall be excluded.
